Dear member,
We kindly invite you to participate to the third general assembly of our association. The virtual assembly will take place on Friday June 30, 2023 from 7 PM til 8 PM CET.
We recall that the general assembly includes all full and associate members of the association, approved and up to date with their membership fees no later than 30 calendar days before the general assembly. Student and honorary members may attend. No other person is allowed to participate in the votes beyond this deadline.

Please enroll for the general assembly at latest on 29 June 2023. The enrollment is closed on 29 June 2023 at 6 PM CET. Every enrolled member will get the details of the zoom meeting and the electronic vote on 30 June 2023.
