“Actuaires du Monde” (AdM), in English ‘Actuaries of the World’ is an association as per Law 1901 (link), registered with the prefecture of Paris 15 under the number W751258778, having its registered office at 1 rue Jean François Lépine, 75018 Paris (France), represented by Jean Berthon duly authorized.
AdM is administered under the AdM Rules by a Board of minimum 2 and maximum 9 members and managed by an Executive Committee of 4 members, elected amongst the Board members and assisted for the daily operations by the Chief Executive Officer.
Elected members serve a 3-year term and may run for election indefinitely. It’s the intention to have a geographically & linguistic diverse group.
There is at least one General Assembly per year. The Board meets at least four times a year either in person or by teleconference. The Executive Committee will meet on a regular basis to guarantee the smooth functioning of the association.
The Internal Regulations provide the additional information for the administration and management of the association and are available for members only and upon request.
